Speed equalized = Subsonic
Chief has MJOLNIR MK VI while equipped Assault rifle, Needler, and ze Fuel Rod Cannon as last resort, 2 UNSC grenades, and the Invincibility shield

Cuphead equipped Peashooter and Chaser, Super art II (Invulnerable), Smoke Bomb, and Parry Sugar
( Rocket, Explosive, Plasma projectiles will turn Pink so the Cup brothers will parry them as shown in Cuphead video game. )

The Spartan Mark armor is going to be toned to Combat evolved possibly MK IV if needed since Mark VI is twice as stronger than GEN 1 armor.

Assault rifle being used MAC5 (Halo 3) - 9-C : 7.62x51mm NATO ammunition which has a yield of 3,304 joules

Needler - 9-B : Fires crystals at 54 m/s - Needler crystals only explode when embedded in organic tissue and will self-destruct after traveling 64 meters without striking a target

The energy sword is - 8-C which gives Chief a melee AP advantage, I'll change this to a more suitable balance maybe like the M45 Shotgun or The Fuel rod cannon/Beam Rifle, Particle Beam rifle, Railgun, and or the Plasma launcher which all these scales to 9-A

M9 Fragmentation Grenades deals Wall level damage - 9-B : Radius of 4.8 meters

for Cuphead likely Endgame is used here, unless that's too much for Master chief then Mid-game cuphead. Or give Cuppy the plane if Mark VI is too much for Cuphead?
If Cup's ranged arsenal is outmatched then might unrestrict him and have him use all his ranged choices; the Plane, Charge shot, Lobber and Scattershot is likely to damage Chief more then cup's other options.

Not really so sure on Cuphead/Mugman's AP for their ranged options i'll check on that later.
