Who wins and why?

Strider has dodged shadow tag bullets which are practically ant aircraft rounds for people. That eliminates all of Cheifs guns I believe, if he does have an anti aircraft gun, he mostlikely wont use it anyway. That leaves his sword and fists. Strider is a master of the sword, while Cheif isn't. Strider stomps. I believe that this is a mismatch.
