Massive upgrade for top tier Jedi & Sith ? (Possibly to 3-B)

I think top tier Jedi and sith such as Exar Kun, Sidious, Yoda & Windu could get a massive upgrade, perhaps to 3-B.

Sidious has a feat of casually rearranging a constellation. This is considered to be a good enough reason for him to be listed at 4-B but the thing is that Constellations do not just contain stars. They ALWAYS contain galaxies and galactic clusters.

So what Sidious actually did was casually move around galaxies and galactic clusters. A comfortable 3-B feat in my opinion.

Moving a constellation is now a High 4-C feat, not 4-B or 4-A anymore. Moving galaxies Ôëá destroying galaxies and is impossible for Matthew to let such thread exist, so if he sees this he wil close it.

Same not 4-A to 3-B, also Sidius rearrangging constellations will only get to 4-B results at best.
