An overall continuously updated list of feats. I'll be pulling from this for the most part.
Cosmology:
Puyo Puyo's cosmology only contains four to five universes so far as we know (Not including Quest, but I haven't found anything from that game translated so far). To make a long story short, the way Puyo Puyo works is those from different universes are unable to remember each other from different universes, as explored in Puyo Puyo Tetris 2. This video should give the gist of the topic.
Madou World, Primp and Suzuran are all in the same universe, though are likely on different planets. This is because (usually) the Madou, Primp and Suzuran casts have no issue remembering one another.
Another universe is the world of Tetris, which is where the Puyo Puyo Tetris original characters like Tee originate from.
Then there's Ragnus' world, which is also explicitly it's own universe in Madou Monogatari Saturn. It's worth noting that Ragnus is occasionally remembered in games like Minna de Puyo Puyo, although in Chronicle (The only "Modern" game he has any story appearance in) he is still unremembered and doesn't seem to remember anyone else.
Then there's Ally's world. While it appears to be in a book, it's still a world that world-travelers can go to, and it follows the same memory rules as other worlds. I could see people arguing it's only a pocket reality, but I'm more than willing to call it an entire universe of it's own.
And finally, the dream world, which is it's own world. Self-explanatory, dimension travelers like Ecolo and Satan can go to it and such.
Buffs for the god tiers:
Speed stuff for the god tiers
Satan and Ecolo should get 2-C. They could possibly get Infinite Speed, but MFTL+ or even just their current FTL are also options.
The main cast and similar should reach 2-C as well scaling to Ex, and higher when battling as a unit.

Buffs for the god tiers:
- Ex states that the dimensions are constantly under tension, and that if he dosn't constantly keep the dimensions apart they'll be merged together. Simply being too depressed is enough for Ex to not be able to keep the dimensions apart anymore. Essentially, the natural state of the dimensions, when not acted upon, is merging together, and Ex's power keeps them separate.
- Satan directly correlates a feat such as merging the dimensions together with raw power, meaning this is almost certainly not environmental destruction.
- Arle and Ringo believed Satan and Ecolo respectively to be capable of performing the dimension merging feat. Scaling later supports them being superior to Ex in power.
- Squares, meanwhile, was merging the worlds of Puyo Puyo and Tetris together as well, even before absorbing the battle power of anyone else. Notably he would need to be overpowering Ex's own powers given his power prevents the worlds from merging.
- Satan noted Squares' power even after absorbing the battle power of others wasn't even comparable to his own, and implied he would very easily be able to defeat Squares in a fight (Only electing not to due to the damage hurting Squares could to the worlds).
- Ecolo, meanwhile, states that himself and Squares are both "Boss-level characters", implying that they are very much comparable, at least when Squares hasn't absorbed any battle power. When Squares had battle power absorbed, Satan noted that nobody but himself would be capable of defeating him at the time, even with Ecolo in the same conversation, something Ecolo did not dispute.
- Further down the Satan hype train, even when warned of how dangerous Ecolo is by Schezo, Satan seemed totally unthreatened by them, despite knowing what Ecolo was capable of in Puyo Puyo 7.
- It's worth noting Satan pretty much explicitly holds back, so his numerous defeats can't really be used as an anti-feat against this.
- Arle basically notes Satan has much more power than he seems, implying he holds a lot of it back.
- When he defeated Arle, seemingly fairly casually, Satan was holding back "Much of his strength". Given Arle usually wins against him, Satan likely held back even more in those fights.
- Ecolo specifically notes Satan puts limiters on himself while they're possessing him.
- Ecolo post-Puyo Puyo 7 can be assumed to be much the same given their carefree attitude.
Speed stuff for the god tiers
- Ecolo is not a natural part of any place or time as a Space-time Traveler, which could give him Infinite speed (Satan and the like upscaling). While timeless voids aren't used for infinite speed anymore, if I recall correctly natural inhabitants of such timeless voids are considered an exception to this rule (Though this may have changed). Still, even if this is not the case...
- The powers of several members of the main cast combined was enough to empower the SS Tetra enough to let it travel to the far reaches of outer space. More specifically, the edge of spacetime. Given Satan is superior to pretty much everyone else in the verse, he should scale to this feat. IDK if this would be Infinite (Not enough of an expert on this type of rating), but given this seemingly takes very little time and is directly due to the combined power of the cast, it would easily be Massively FTL+ scaling for Satan, not to mention individually it's possible to scale to main cast to this. I can calculate this pretty quickly if I need to.
- People on Tee's level (Which at the bare minimum is the three main girls and Ess, probably way more by PPT2 since everyone should be in the same ballpark) should still scale to Ex given Tee won in their fight when the latter wasn't holding back, given this fight was to decide if Tee would swap places with Ex, something Ex didn't want to happen. It's made clear again Ex was not holding back, when he was shocked that Tee beat him. And Ringo was able to defeat Tee directly afterwards, further proving the main three girls and Ess should scale to Ex. It's worth noting that if infinite speed is valid, nobody on this level would scale to it. It's worth noting that characters trained to get to this level.
- Furthermore, there's even more scaling stuff. After the Skill Battle tutorial, Amitie notes that when battling together, people are significantly stronger. It's not just the idea of "Oh yeah you stand a better chance when multiple people are fighting", it's specifically referred to as a "Power". When teaming up people could scale to Squares, but not without.
Satan and Ecolo should get 2-C. They could possibly get Infinite Speed, but MFTL+ or even just their current FTL are also options.
The main cast and similar should reach 2-C as well scaling to Ex, and higher when battling as a unit.
