So starting off, Master Roshis moon bust is an outlier and I have no idea how the flimsy reasoning for it being legit came through. Ignoring the fact that it's a gag scene, King Piccolo is way stronger than Roshi and his best feats peak at City level, and Piccolo Jr during the 23rd tournament has a tier 6 feat that leaves him somewhat exhausted after doing it.
Onto the Saiyan Saga, the very canon video game Kakarot reveals that Piccolo is actually a master illusionist and his moon busting feat isn't an actual feat, add in that he gets stomped by Nappa whose best feat is somewhere in the tier 6 range when he caused that massive explosion upon arriving on earth and it would've likely been an outlier anyway. Vegetas planet busting statement is just that, a statement, he has no feats of actually doing so, plus at this point he's way weaker than first form Frieza, who even in his final form has to detonate a planets core to actually destroy it as oppossed to just blowing it up. Cell is the same boat as Saiyan saga Vegeta, just a statement and he's weaker than Majin Buu whose own best feat is blowing up earth (The one and only legit planet bust in the original manga), kinda hard to be solar system level when a bubblegum monster who could stomp you with ease only has planetary feats.
Also Buus planet bust doesn't scale to anyone, Goku and Vegeta had to teleport away since it would've killed them, and even Buu could only survive the explosion due to his regen. Also no one in the series is FTL or even close to light speed because Dyspo is way faster than anyone in the original manga and only barely surpassed light speed. Average goomba solos the verse tbh. Also I don't need to post scans since this is all very obvious.
