Have you ever seen
Curse-rotted Greatwood? If you did fight that optional boss, you know that it needs souls to to maintain its power. And
this. You get power once use that to the souls of bosses. Soul is an energy output. It is also in line because of the statement. And there is a ring that increases your attack power, ring of blades. The undead struggles to reanimate when their soul lose dark sigil, you can level up with Dark Sigil, part of the dark soul, you know, part of your being and soul.
It kinda is because that is why you go sacrifice yourself in the first place, like look at the ending Shadow given, and if it is a catalyst it comes from above but guess what, it comes from below where humanoids resided in. They are bunch of hollows before in the AoA, because without fire or dark sigil, they just become hollows. If you want a confirmation from the developers, well, wait forever because they give you nothing.
Ornstein being Stormdrake contradicts what he is, a Dragonslayer, what her drive and motivation, loyalty to Lord Gwyn, and who is his enemy, a traitor to Gwyn. It downright contradicts everything about him and stupid theory to say the least. Storm doesn't contradicts anything, neither is the sun being first flame. And if you have problem with the lore established by the community, go to DS wiki and complain.
Witch of Azalith never linked the flame. You don't know what the difference between being given with fire and linking the fire. And if there is a rule that says destroying something meaning can create something then
these guys should not be i,
their tiers.
Developers did not intend to be as strong as they are. Again,
Sephiroth.
You make it sound like everything about souls is about AP. Look at Ludleth, a lor dof Cinder, does he seem capable of matchign any other lord in any way?
Ring of blade is a ring specifically made to amp your strenght, not ever ring does that, there are rings that allow you to regenerate, increase defense, etc...
Now you are just assuming Ornstein went there because it all fits. I guess those walls in Anor Londo being destroyed were destroyed by who then? You literally get his soul if you kill him, waht kind of Illusion carries it's soul around?
Again assuming something that isn't true, no one said AoA humanoids were hollows. The process of hollowfication is strictly a part of human nature. Men was generated by the dark soul, as darkstalker kaathe said, the pygmy was the predecessor. Do you ever see gos hollow? No. unless you want to argue Gwyn or nameless king were hollow that again isn't true, because age has take a toll on their body and burning out. same thing with the pygmies, their blood drying out because they've been around for so long. What do you use when you need to revert back to human form? you pop a HUMANity and offer it to the bonfire, or you pop a HUMAN effigy. Ashen one isn't human so he does not hollow.
"And if you have problem with the lore established by the community, go to DS wiki and complain."
Ohh so the source for the souls profiles comes from a wiki? A wiki si not a valid source to draw info from, because it's a fandom like this one, and unless it drags legit obvious feats with statemnts pulled directly out of the game you can't account it for being right becuase theyve established a well formed theory.
