I'm not normally the biggest fans of 3 tiers on a specific key since it often makes it look cluttered, but not against the existence. However, the proposal looks fine.

In my proposal I removed the 5-B though we could keep it as it is a more reliable tier

You can check the pages as I am done editing them to make sure they are in order. Another thing I want to point out is that tetsuos regen should be a higher level for his volume 5 and 6 mutation keys(which are both represented by his “Mutated” key). I propose specifically for this key his regeneration be upgraded to “Low mid to Low high when mutated”. This is because in volume 5 near the end he is shot in the lungs/heart(it is unclear and the art is a bit inconsistent).
“The ability to regenerate lost limbs, limited brain damage, and even severe organ damage or destruction, including traditionally fatal wounds and disembowelment or horizontal bisection.”-from regeneration page for Low-Mid. Low high comes from volume 6, in which he entirely regenerates his whole body from a puddle.

If he genuinely regenerated from a puddle, that seems like Low-High regeneration, yes.
