Gonna make this CRT quick and easy, but still it's gonna be a massive upgrade based off accepted scaling for Mashymre.

Currently he is Low 1-C for this reason
Low Complex Multiverse level (His True Form views all of the Mashima Universe as mere fiction and part of his imagination, which includes Happy's Heroic Adventure, which contains an infinite amount of dimensions and universes. Created the worlds of Fairy Tail, RAVE, and Edens Zero, each of which contain multiple different universes and timelines)
I do not have a problem with this justification at all, in fact the justification itself is the crux of my CRT. See, his scaling comes from him seeing the Mashima franchise as a fictional construct, however the new tiering system changed how R>F worked a while ago, specifically this part
Reality-Fiction Transcendence is a state where a being is qualitatively superior to another world, as a result of seeing the world as fiction and thus being more 'real' than said world. Due to this, the character will be treated as completely superior to the cosmology it transcends, and all characters limited to it, and will thus be granted a higher tier.

For example, if a character were to view an entire space-time continuum as fiction, they would be superior to such an extent that it would be viewed not as a small portion or constituent of their reality, but as trivialized into nonexistence by comparison, such that their higher world is wholly irreducible to anything pertaining to the lower world. This complete superceding of the lower world's nature lands all such characters at 1-A.

The concept is most commonly used to apply to author avatars and other beings in the 'real world'. However, it can also be applied to any character who authors a lower world of existence or even a 'player' who simply consumes the media rather than authors it.
Simply put, because of this change, Mashymre's rating should be upgraded from Low 1-C (Low Complex Multiverse level) to 1-A (Outerverse Level) because of this. The same exact arguments for why he was granted Low 1-C in the first place therefore applies to 1-A via R>F

Side note: Since this is a 1-A thread, it might get put into the 1-A queue however honestly I feel like this change would be quick enough to bypass it given he already has accepted R>F scaling and it's not a completely new scale that needs further elaboration
