I don't know about the first 4 rounds But round 5 goes to Iron man While slower He is Far more durable and Stronger One hit on sasuke and he'd be turned to dust

Round 1: Iron Man stomps, Kirin can't hurt Iron Man, as Iron Man is at least Island level+ in firepower and durability, besides, Iron Man is much faster.

Round 2: Iron Man stomps.

Round 3: Iron Man with some difficult.

Round 4: Sasuke with hard diff.

Round 5: Not sure, is debatable because a lot of people say Hulkbuster is only effective for Hulk, but would be useless against other powerful character.
