Is child Franklin Richards really Stronger than 2-A Galactus, because i hear some people on the internet say that he is. I'm aware that Adult Franklin Richards made Galactus his herald but what about child Franklin?

Well, child Franklin shouldn't be weaker in terms of raw power, but feats wise, he is easily low multiversal:
- creates a pocket universe
- his fight against celestial
and - survives an attack from Celestial
- creates a pocket universe
