since Celestials are 2-A possibly Low 1-C [6-D] and the Destroyer armor will be scaled to them, shouldn't RTK and TWSAIS be Low 1-C [5-D], possibly 1-C [7-D] ?

Celestials are just 2-A.

Only top tier Celestials like The One Above All and Exitar are that high due to being compared to beings like Eternity and scaling above the Fourth Host. Normal, everyday Celestials are 2-A, and they can be pretty inconsistent anyways.

Edit: Actually, they only have "higher", not even Low 1-C.

Now I noted that celestials are just 5-D even being superior to pre retcon Beyonder and phoenix force. Stonks.
