He is strong enough to consistently harm Blue Marvel and Hulk ,with his strikes. Also restraining/grunting Hyperion out in pain. And make Sentry bleed (enough to let Robert wipe off his lip). If also noticed, he hurt Hulk in the first image because Hulk opened his mouth and closed his eyes. Keep in mind, these characters are extremely durable, and Stark was able to hurt them.

He is officially rated in a much lower level of power, has a much lower scale of feats, and is usually easily manhandled by characters on that level. Regrettably, Marvel is one of the most inconsistent franchises in all of fiction, so power-scaling mostly does not work. It is extremely frustrating for ourselves as well, as it makes the character statistics nearly impossible to make any sense of.

True, but not with his regular armors, and technically he has almost consistently lost against them with his special armors, so I am uncertain if his rankings are accurate.

Well, it's not as if he gets instantly one-shotted Saitama style. He still holds his own against them for some time.

Yes, and Captain America and Spider-Man hold their own against him. Again, Marvel's ridiculously inconsistent scaling does not make any sense.

Captain America and Spider-Man have held their own against him in armors that were far more advanced and powerful models than ones that have engaged the Hulk in combat, or even knocked him out.

Again, after reading a sufficient number of Marvel Comics, you tend to recognise the pattern that there is almost no logical consistency whatsoever within them.

This thread is derailing into a discussion about Iron Man's inconsistent level, and the OP's question was already answered. I think this should be closed.

As much as I want one of my favorite marvel characters to be upgraded, there to many inconsistencies surrounding this and thus he's striking strength should remain the same
