Ah, yes. Circular reasoning. Our first example:

Black Widow is 9-A for being able to fight Daredevil and Punisher.

Daredevil is 9-A for being able to fight Punisher.

Punisher is 9-A for being able to fight Daredevil.

Now, both of these characters link to Punisher. Punisher, however, has another reasoning for being 9-A and that's because of weaponry. If that were the reasoning for Punisher's AP, then it shouldn't be the same for Striking Strength. Lastly, he also has a reason and that's because of being able to harm people that can harm him. But I mean, Spider-Man harmed Punisher so...Anyways, I'm looking for resolves to this circular reasoning.
 
Punisher (and Daredevil) have 9-A durability. As they can hurt one another physically, they end up there.
