I'm a Poci lips fan. I think Apocalypse has it, but he might lose since he's arrogant against the supernatural for some reason. 6/10 Apocalypse vs Black Adam. Apocalypse is just more powerful physically and psionically.

well lets go over each ones advantages here

lets start with Apocalypse

his main advantages in this fight will be his regen, mind manipulating and control and his Intelligence

regen is self explenetory aocalypse can come back form being grounded into paste which will make adams ways of actually killing apocolypse a scarece resource(but there are some)

mind manipulation and control is also a self explenetory advantege, while adam has a resistence to mind manipulation he doesn't have one to mind control and its been used a few times to bring him down(this also gives apocalypse a way to beat adams mid regen if he breaks through his mind briers)

his extrodenery ginus level intilect will alow apocalypse to come up with a way to counter act ageinst adams magical abilities

black adam

his adantages are a bit scares with them mainly being his AP and range capabilities

AP is self explenetory his AP is around 610 kilofoe(comperable if not stronger then superman) while apocalypse is around 378 kilofoe( he was stronger then young thor without his hammer who should be around 378 kilofoe as he should be comperable to silver surfer prior to his power amp) this advantage however is nullifed by apocalypses supiror regen

range will simply allow to keep apocalypse at a range while pepering him with lightining although this woun't do much

so to wrap this up i have to give it to apocalypse 8/10 times

Plus this version of Apocalypse has mind control strong enough to control the Hulk, who can normally resist mind control.
