Does marvel really only have just 1 character at 1A?

Only one character that we are certain about in any case.

Hmm maybe I should've also asked for a list of "unknown tier" for marvel cause I would've thought fulcrum to be 1A as well.

We have not seen any demonstration of power from the Fulcrum, although it seems to be an aspect of The One-Above-All, so it might very well be, but we do not know either way.

Oh ok, is there any more "unknown tier" for marvel? I don't actually know how to see unknown tiers.

I do not remember, sorry, but given the extreme degrees of inconsistency, it is often hard to place the character tiers in general.
