Marvel Cinematic Universe Speed Revision

Not really if you assume conservation of momentum is at work there, after grabbing the hammer once its weight and speed would have been to much for QS to overcome with his natural speed.

If QS was faster than the hammer, then QS would have definitely let go of mjolnir the moment he realised that he can't hold it. Instead, he was unable to react/let go of mjonir and got thrown backwards with it.

It's inconsistent. One moment he views hammer moving slower than him and the next moment he is unable to let go of it.
That's not due to speed at all

QS can just let go

I had it before, it's a pretty hefty program. Seems more useful for angles than anything else though.

We're not getting anywhere with this. I suggest we stop bumping this thread unless anyone has anything new to contribute.

I am bumping this exactly because we're not getting anywhere.

Movie comes out digitally on July 31st and Blu-Ray/DVD on August 14th. Unless they make a similar mistake like with Thor: Ragnarok and accidentally release it early or someone manages to get ahold of the projector reel, we won't have good quality meteors until then.

We aren't talking about meteors. There are supporting feats.

Iron Man is definitely High Hypersonic at least, there's no reason not to scale his reactions to flight speed. Iron Man reacted to Ultron's blasts which = Quicksilver, Kurse reacted to Mjolnir returning.

So at least High Hypersonic, maybe even Massively Hypersonic.

They're supersonic at minimum due to Thor being able to throw his hammer at roughly comparable speeds to a bullet in Pietro's perception. Also, He and Iron Man were moving in Pietro's perception as well.

Not that that matters much because flight speed shenanigans, which Thor and Iron Man both show to fly in excess of supersonic, the latter being in the high hypersonic league.

The hammer return flight thing, I'm still iffy for.

I think that scaling people to Quicksilver makes no sense.
Actually, Iron Man only reacted to them from a distance, so he doesn't scale to Quicksilver.

Tbh, Iron Man should be just High Hypersonic+, Quicksilver is just baseline MHS.

I don't know. I haven't calced, but Mach 2 is a good measure for the Chitauri guns to use if we ever do calc Thor's feats.

LOL, well it can happen to anyone.

I don't think we can end the MHS problem until blu ray comes out and i'm not advertising but my DCEU speed upgrade thread hasn't been checked by any staff other than spino
