Marvel: Base Thor abilities addition

So I've been looking for Loki's feats and powers for an all-out CRT, and during the search I found a few interesting additions for Thor, so let's see:

• Antimatter Manipulation: Mjolnir can emit antimatter particles that can reverse atoms, turning "negative" people back to "positive" people (Journey into Mystery #85)
• Magnetism Manipulation: Mjolnir can manipulate magnetism as seen here (Journey into Mystery #101)
• Limited Mind Manipulation: Can put targets into a trance, although sunlight is required for this (Journey into Mystery #102)
• Vacuum Creation: Mjolnir can create a vacuum to suffocate or deplete air-based enemies of their power-source (Thor: Godstorm #3)
• Limited Light Manipulation: Can create bright sparks to blind his enemies (Journey into Mystery #87)
• Limited Sound Manipulation: Can create sonic booms to deafen his opponents (Journey into Mystery #125)
• Resistance to Poison: Asgardians in general are immune to certain level of Poison (Dark Reign: The Cabal)

Electromagnetism manipulation already covers magnetism.

Although, would Vacuum Creation fall under Void Manipulation?

Well Thor's current description of Electromagnetism is kinda vague. If possible I'd like to separate electromagnetism and magnetism. For electromagnetism he can absorb electromagnetic energies and release electromagnetic pulses for offensive purpose. For magnetism he had absorbed Magneto's magnetic forcefield (although that'll go to Absorption) and magnetically restrained robots (which I linked).

I think we define Void Manipulation as control over nothingness. Creating a vacuum devoid of air doesn't really fit the criteria

Another thing: In Thor #379 when Jormungandr shredded its guise of Fin Fang Foom it stopped the time on Midgard, but beings from other Norse realms like Thor and frost giants could move in it, or, as this frost giant explains: "Only mythic creatures move in the time of the beginning where all things mortal cease their endless spinnings". Would this mean beings from all Norse realms except Midgard can move in stopped time?

We probably cannot scale anybody else from it. It only happened with Thor himself in this specific story.

I think I found more evidence for timestop resistance to Norse beings outside of Midgard:

In Journey into Mystery #104, Odin visited Earth. Loki used the opportunity to free Surtur and Skagg so that they can destroy Odin and Earth. Balder and Thor managed to warn Odin who time-stopped the entire planet and teleport the Earth population away to avoid unnecessary casualties. It would make no sense if Odin spared Surtur and Skagg out of his time stop if it means an easy win, given he exhausted himself defeating Skagg, so it wasn't because he underestimated them. Norse Giants and gods therefore should have resistance to time-stop

Surtur should have resistance to time stop, but we cannot apply it to all Asgardians without proof.
