I guess if it has solid feats of its own that can be calculated, then it can get its own page. Is there a timeframe for the fog shutting down all those cities?

There's no stated timeframes to my knowledge, but the timeframe for the fog covering individual areas could be measured in some way i guess.
I believe we only see the fog cover Manhattan and Hong Kong on screen
Also it's worth noting that the Heart increases Mandarin's power
Edit: maybe it would be possible to somewhat assume the time it would take for the fog to cover Earth, i'll rewatch the episodes to get as much context as possible

NYC uses 8000 megawatts of power or 8000000000 Joules per second multiplied by 20 seconds that's 160000000000 j or 38240.91778203 kg of TNT, City Block level.

Also it's worth noting that the Heart increases Mandarin's power

Well he appears to be holding the upper hand against Iron Man in the fight while in his previous apperences they're mostly equal (Although they don't fight much due to Mandarins preference to have The Hand do everything)

I don't think Mandarin and Iron Man ever fought in season 2 before the finale so it's hard to tell

• Tony was having his armor twisted at the joints which would eventually cause him to "pop", in addition to having his armor heated up by Mandarin's ring and surviving an explosion. This can also be a stamina feat for Tony as he endured all this

-Throws his staff at Ultimo and has it return to him like a boomerang
-His staff is undamaged from being hit by a laser

• The same lasers can cut through adamantium mesh and the metal of a satellite

-Pulls E.L.F into some sort of portal
-Creates asteroids around Mandarin's ship
-Says he will turn back time to locate Tony, tho he doesn't actually show this off
-Can read lips
-Tries to locate Tony but cannot due to his duplicate
-Catches a falling tank of fever toxin and does a sweat mid-air flip
-Overpowers Hypnotia
-Reads Hypnotias mind

Something else to take note of is scaling during fights and scuffles between not just heroes and villains but heroes and heroes. Not that the series is meant to be consistent on that front, but we'll get a better grasp of where everyone stands that way.

Fights between the heroes do happen ocassionally in the series, but to my memory Wanda and Century aren't involved in any of them

What i'm wondering is how Mandarin still had the rings on his hands even tho they were clearly on the gloves of the armor

My guess is those are duplicates synced to the rings meant to channel the rings underneath the armor.

Nope, but it can probably be estimated by looking at the models Russia had in 1994 and comparing the nuke to the one it resembles the most
The Nuke was also intended to destroy Moscow, so it's probably in the Tier 7 territory

Iron Man also survived the resulting shockwave so that might be worth calculating, however i'm not sure how to take into account that the blast was contained underground

He was also flying away, and at that distance I'm not sure we'd get much, but who knows.

I believe the typical surface area formula still works even if the character is hit with the shockwave.

Calcing the distance is gonna be hard tho
I guess the best thing to do would be using ang sizing on this shot to figure out the height Iron Man was at, and maybe add some extra meters as he was flying away

That could work, maybe add an additional 100 m as a guesstimate for how far Iron Man got, maybe (though then again it didn't seem like he was moving very fast, just getting ready to take the shockwave).

Y'know what, the screenshot above is a good point of reference given that Tony also wanted to save Crimson Dynamo.
