Yeah currently Dracula stomps with his wall of passives and his multiple layers of immortality (regardless of possible future revisions).

Still interesting that Vlad was once the most powerful in his tier awhile back.

I will say all of Dracs immortalies are non combat applicable last I checked, his Type 8 takes a 100 years at least to kick in so if you kill him he's done for the match. I'll be quiet now
