So we have further justifications for Mario's Low 7-B and 6-C tier, yet nothing for 7-A? Okay if there's anything that can defend that, please do.

Otherwise i'll just end up linking in his 6-C calc anyways.

Furthermore, we're going to also have to change up any stats for characters that are scaled from Mario due to this then...

Luigi in particular (Base form that is) has the same tiers and stats as Mario.
