Mario, Accelerated Development/Preparation and Zone Speed Statistics amplification.

Hello everyone, I believe I've compiled enough evidence to show that Mario deserves Accelerated Development or Preparation as an ability on his base tab.

Mario and Luigi SuperStar Saga

First we're going to be starting off with Superstar Saga and the Bro Moves. Within a short amount of time with each Bro Move, Mario has learned to apply them in both movement and Combat as well as master them.

There are more Bro Moves in the games and with each Bro Move, Mario and Luigi get better at using them to where they can advance and Alter The Damage output and Properties of the bro moves.

As we see above, Mario figures out how to improve both Splash and Bounce Bro and this animation plays for every advancement for each Bro Move.

When a Bro Move is advanced, The properties of the ability outright change.

Splash Bros advancement allows Mario to deal double the damage to spiked enemies and makes himself immune to Spike enemies.

Swing Bros Advancement Grants the Brothers the ability to take items while attacking.

Thunder hand advancement allows Luigi to increase his damage and Lowers the enemies attack power.(Mario essentially figured that out for him)
Etc.

Mario easily figures out how to utilize the bro moves, increase their damage output and alter their abilities. He can even figure out how to enhance abilities he doesn't have access to like Thunder Hand.

Super Mario RPG

Throughout the entire game Mario improves upon and Advances his abilities. All of his Pyro Abilities become stronger variants of one another and so do his jumping abilities. Super Flame is a stronger version of Fire Orb and Super Jump is a stronger version of Jump. These super and ultra variants do more damage.

Mario Tennis Aces

In Mario Tennis Aces Bowser, Toad, Aster and Peach reveal that Mario during his journey across the world map has been getting stronger with practice and by also leveling up.

Aster even talks about Mario being able to train to discover hidden powers. Mario was Able to learn several abilities that increase his speed and power in a short time.

Zone Speed

I believe Zone Speed should also be categorized under Statistic amplification as Zone Speed not only enhances Mario's perception but his overall speed and power as it makes defending against Special Shots more easier(Special Shot is described as a release of built up energy) and whenever zone speed is activated characters comparable to Mario in speed slow down drastically.

This video shows Zone Speed making Special Shot easier to counter as well as how much faster it makes the user in comparison to the opposition.

With all the evidence compiled, I believe Mario does deserve either Accelerated Development or Preparation (Possibly both) but I do have more context to give.

Throughout the campaign of Tennis Aces it's outright stated that Luigi, Wario and Waluigi had been enhanced by the Rackets Dark Power. The degree of which is made obvious as even in a duos match, Peach and Daisy admitted they would lose. The power bestowed on team Luigi had toad reporters describe him as “Essentially Unstoppable”. So Aster gives Daisy and Peach a Power boost.

This is important because Mario receives no such boost throughout the game. He was Taught all of his abilities in a short duration of time and has multiple statements of just getting Stronger on his own as the game progresses. There's also the fact that the characters are often depicted as being relative to one another with very minor advantages however Lucien's power has created a noticeable gap in between the Wah-Bros and the Princesses that Mario with his own training and practice was able to close by becoming stronger. Taking this into consideration, He does the Same against Luigi who is identical to Mario in every way and does the same to Bowser, A character that is superior in strength and both Characters were enhanced by Lucien's Power.

In Super Mario RPG the cast also gains new abilities as the story progresses but not in the same way as Mario. Each Party Member Learns a new different ability Meanwhile Mario only gets stronger variants of his weaker Magic and Physical abilities.

The bro moves I feel fall under preparation more then Accelerated Development but an Argument can be made that the game possibly takes place within the span of day so Mario learning and advancing these moves in the middle
of combat under a short time should qualify for Accelerated Development.

Accelerated Development:

Agreed:

Speedblitzer50, Super_Ascended_Sean_Pazdera, Accelerated_Evolution, Astrangeverse, DarkDragonMedeus, Psychomaster35.

Neutral:

Disagree:

Preparation:

Agreed:

Neutral:

Astrangeverse.

Disagree:
Speedblitzer50, Accelerated_Evolution.

I added preparation because what I listed does sound similar to Information Preparation as Mario's use of Bro moves allows him to improve upon them.

Iffy on preparation as well.

Though, as someone who's played some Mario RPGs, I obviously agree with Accelerated Development since a majority of them have you train and level up to become stronger over the course of the games.

Does anyone have any comments on Zone Speed classifying as statistic amplification?
