Well, anything that is at the level of reason or higher should be able to affect acc5, but because reason is higher than order (concepts), and is naturally harder to interact with, Graham's NEP2 has no order at all ( concepts) and neither reason (superior to concepts) would make NEP2 at least more difficult to interact with?

I'm not sure if this could even be used on this kind of wiki, but also because reason is superior to things like concepts, NEP2 , TD3, laws, destiny, etc. So even something like "resists CM" or "resists Law Manipulation" shouldn't be enough to resist things like Venuzdonoa or MEoCD, I think.

No, stuff like sargeldonave and Artieltonoa pre silver sea arc don't scale to the bubble, anos and graham still have 2-A stuffs that can reach low 1-C depending on how they're feeling so not everything 2-A was supposed to be removed.
