And? They don't resist anything anos have and they cannot kill nor incap him, so unless they have HDE and omnipresence at tier 1 they ain't doing nothing to most characters who has passives in MG.

Fate and order are different. I was thinking if militia even created Gods realm then doesn't that make her HDH? I was referring to the word garden.

At first they are not the same, but in the end they seem to be.

He can create any order (except creation and destruction). He can hack others magic if he has enough power. Also Eldemade is using his power efficiently

Didn't graham only take his head? I don't know if he gained Celis physical abilities as well. Unless we go by graham scaling to Celis since the former only won thanks to befenguzdogma

Celis was so OP he was compared to deeper layers inhabitants. Also was stated to use all Celis abilities because he had Celis head.

Thats my point. Was stated to use all of celis abilities. We saw him use his demon sword, purple eyes, venejiara and other magic Celis had but we have no feats or statements of him gaining his physical abilities as well.
The best thing we can do is give him a possible rating as Celis scales above graham
