Oh well, I was neutral because I couldn't agree with the OP because it was too disorganized and gave me a headache to evaluate but I would agree with the premise but I wasn't against it either because the arguments against it were as bad as the OP's disorganization (and would have been easily dealt with if well organized), anyway I knew it wasn't going to be accepted or rejected as such but I didn't have time to argue.
