Just say by any chance àuthor says Bubble world Transcends infinite Hierarchy of dimensions (in LN) does that make Each Bubble Outer?

Well if those dimensions fit for tier 1 then i guess yea. At worst it would be High 1-B if word "transcend" isn't enough proof for outer.

"Higher dimensions" are not automatically tier 1 as of now, you need to prove the dimensions have definite Reality/fiction difference or uncountable infinity difference.

"6th dimension" is only the name of the realm, not the literal spatial dimension.

As for the Root, nasuverse had a CRT that proved each higher dimension is a higher infinity, and Root is inaccessible to any stacking of those.

I am also refering same thing. Different verses different type of cosmology. I am just curious about Concept space time in MG. There is a God of time to maintain order of time in Bubble world.

Like Every order is maintained by some god in bubble world but who is maintaining order of Silver Sea?

I was just thinking of a possibility that Silver Sea transcends concept of space time and exist outside of space and time.

No, there's no implication that the superior layer treats the inferior layer as a small bubble.
