If Misha and Sasha get this, I think Aisha deserves it too.

She's a fusion of the two so yes she does though apparently they haven't fussed again since they gained their power as gods

Yeah she is similar to Arcana. Also don't see why she can't get Acausality type 4 . She is called as misfit and vessels for anos rebirth

Anos already has transmutation, although via Nendra.
Should add more feat for more variety of transmutation (turning Eques to train, Maytilen, and two law tyrant via Athens) sounded like an OP transmutation and 4D too.
