Well both are very similar in a lot of ways but I think Yami would win more often then not thanks to ki sensing. Unfortunately we don't have that much info on Jack but his RPL means he could take it I just think it's less likely. So I vote Bull

Jack fights using slashes, the more he slashes, he faster and stronger he gets. He can also adapt his slashes depending on the opponent, like when he adapted his blade to resist and cut through Langris' existence erasure spell, he was even about to cut through Fana's healing magic
 
Hmm forgot about him fighting Vetto. If he can fight ki readers he can avoid attacks and just keep getting stronger. If Yami lands a Dimension Slash it's over but if he can't Jack might just get too strong. This is actually more difficult then I thought.
