Supes bodies Adam tbh.

Adam scales above Diana as the strongest being on earth but Supes stomps that level of characters and is stated to be the strongest in the universe. Adam is stated to be able to put Superman on his heels but seeing as his full power is still close enough to Carter (Carter with a few clones can restrain Sabbac >~ Adam, despite Adam already being stronger than Carter when he first awakens). Fate (stated to have god levels of power) would have been able to defeat Sabbac if he wasn’t splitting his focus between freeing Adam, keeping the JSA out of the fight and fighting Sabbac, a feat that Adam barely accomplished with help puts him ~ Zeus/Ares (highballing to prove a point) who Stepp can take attacks from and keep going. So despite the statements that Adam is meant to be able to give Supes a fight, he is just consistently below Superman by a considerable margin.

Speed is comparable.

Skill goes to Supes for fighting DD who gives Diana trouble. Diana knows all martial arts/forms of combat > Hawkman mastering hundreds of martial arts. He obviously isn’t on the same level of skill as Diana but considering he can fight the best Kryptonian soldiers when he is comparable in stats to them and rapidly improves as he does so, he would be > Adam who needs his stats to press Carter.

Adam doesn’t resist Freeze Breath which would one shot him tbh and lightning is the one thing he has that can maybe let him give Supes a fight but he kinda gets slumped by the skill and AP gap. Plus Class G > Class M too.
 
I'm gonna go with Superman. He has better physical strength feats as well as an OP Heat Vision. Moreover, Black Adam has been called the strongest man on earth. Supes is the strongest man in the universe. Period.

Adult Darkseid is a featless fodder in the DCEU. Except for the shady future vision and some fancy hype statements about him turning over 100,000 worlds to dust, what has he accomplished on screen? Crushing Steppenwolf's skull? Fodder.
