Basically the scaling is Mami's ribbons > False Mami >>> Candeloro >>> Mami.

If Mami ends up being as strong/stronger than Nui (which is likely), the entire "Nui can cut the ribbons" argument becomes outdated.

Actually given that PMMM's 7-A/High 7-A scaling mirrors KLK's, it's pretty safe to say that Nui can't really cut them, given that Nui=Candeloro <<<<< False Mami < Ribbons
