@Kal Its big enough for her to not take much damage from it, 300ish vs almost 1000

Her regen makes it so she wouldnt

I meant you cant just keep hitting her over and over and her regen will eventually stop working and you know it

Nui doesnt make a bunch of afterimages, her clones and the solid afterimage she makes to take an attack for her are two different things
 
Which is also NLF unless there is a statement for it.

Sayaka's Regenerationn lasted for days, but we don't assume that it can last forever.

Also why Nui's stamina section doesn't list a stamina feat but a skill/intelligence feat?
 
How is it an NLF exactly? Its not normal for regenration to just randomly get less effective over time unless it's stamina based like Dante's, which Nui's is not. But yes, there are multiple statements in the show.

So you can just keep damaging Sayaka for days and she would eventually just stop regenerating for some reason?

Because you are assuming that it lasts forever? "It won't stop working period" isn't really that different "You can't break this thing period". But if there are statements it should be fine.

No, it's because she eventually turns into a witch. The point was "It doesn't have a shown limit" =/= "You can't overtax it".

Well how is Nui's stamina then? Mami's stamina is >>>>>>>>>>> people who can fight for days while purposefully wasting their magical energy
 
Also worth pointing out, Mami can inflict a status that blocks movement and powers by shooting (Chance based, but still).

She can't use it to incapacitate, but it's still useful to deal with the clones.
 
She Can Create many Clone and Also Create Afterimages, I doubt that Mami can still follow the truth

<All of the clones get one shot not even ten seconds later

Even her profile literally says that it wont work on Nui's regen level and i literally just spent hours explaining why it wouldnt work
 
Essentially the only thing Mami has going for her here is her ribbon's durability which Nui can tear through given some time, everything else either wont work or gets canceled/blocked by clones and solid afterimages or doesnt do anything due to regen

Nui has the mobility to avoid them and the clones and afterimages to take the hits for her
 
? The thing that doesn't work is closing Nui in a ribbon trap and call it a day.

She still needs time and effort to break free.

Power null still affects her because she has no resistance to it.

Mami's ribbons are not innately invisible, but Nui has experience fighting both against and alongside things that are invisible, Inumuta and Ragyo's invisible threads respectively
 
They are invisible if Mami wants them to be.

Ribbons invisibility > Kyubey's invisibility.

Kyubey cannot be seen, sensed, and you can't see his interactions with the enviroment.
 
Inumuta's invisibility is nothing compared to the Ribbons. You can still literally see traces of him that are left behind.

Clones and afterimages can still take hits for her and even if she does get caught she only needs a bit of time to cut through the ribbon with her bladed arms, while Mami cant really put her down permamently

Uh what? No you cant, even in his MK 1 uniform he was completely invisible
 
For all the people voting Mami, please do explain how Mami actually beats Nui. Power null wont help her get past Nui's regen and durability so she cant kill her

She doesn't need to. Outlasting is a thing.

Again, how is Nui's stamina? Does she need to eat, sleep, for how long she can fight?

Also just going to point out, Mami can make multiple ribbon shields. She isn't dead if Nui breaks one, she just makes a new one.

It was her first fight against Homura from Mami's perspective.

Not like it matters anyway. A genius figuring out that "invisibility is useful in a fight" definitely doesn't require prior knowledge.
