Mami Tomoe AP revision

Basically the argument is that Mami's feat of slightly damaging Walpurgisnacht would be enough to rate her (And Candeloro/Elisa who scale from her) as High 7-A.

Thoughts?

The feat is of barely penetrating Walpurgis' skin after several minutes of her attacks. Given how small the gap High 7-A is, I would argue she should still remain 7-A.

I think I agree with SD, although IMO in this case she should be on a higher end of 7-A or mid-end at worst.

For reference, Madoka's feat (which scales to Wal) is 5600 megatons, so 5.6 times above baseline High 7-A, and over 10 times above 7-A+.

Personally I think that 7-A+ is the best course of action.

I mean at a certain point even continuous bombardment wouldn't do anything with an AP gap that massive (you can't blow up a tank using a UZI for example)

Mami being over 10 times weaker (aka below 7-A+) feels off

Also, Candeloro can probably be High 7-A, given that she is basically "as strong as a witch can be while being below Walpurgisnacht".

High 7-A, even baseline High 7-A, would make so much more sense than the 300 Megaton 7-A she's currently rated as when the justification is that she slightly harmed an above baseline 6-C

The exact scan is this one btw.

It says that Wal can take several dozens minute straight of Tiro Finale. It doesn't say that she doesn't take damage afterwards (Although obviosly each individual attack is relatively inconsequential)

Also the source is a computer who can monitor the entire multiverse at once, so the statement itself is reliable.

You know I agree, the thing is that if you say that she is 7-B, the feat is basically thrown away because you can throw as many 7-B attacks at Wal as you want and she won't feel them (ask Homura).

If you say that she is 6-C it's just flat out wrong
