Did we decide that Killer Queen doesn't? I thought that it was just because they exist in kind of a scaling bubble, but Josuke should still be as fast as the sum of his parts

Ok. But if speed scales, then shouldn't AP too? I mean, the only point there was they OG Killer Queen and SBR Killer Queen have different abilities so they shouldn't scale.
