We already had the Kira soul destruction thread, as Chartale has mentioned. Whenever an individual that is killed by Kira is viewed from Reimi's corner, their souls are breaking apart and disappearing.
You mean Shigechi's case?

Reimi mentions that "another soul is going away" or something, which to me more so seems that it's going to the afterlife, while the way he was killed was simply reflected through his soul, that's how she understood he was killed by Kira.

I'll check out the thread if you link it to me.

While on the topic of JoJo, remind me again, why is Weather Report's dura High 7-C with atmospheric shields without a clac?
Scales to his other weather manip, and should honestly be higher in his Heavy Weather key

Yes, but the Transmutation would come from the pages on others, most of the process in turning them into books is Biological Manip.

>Sees profile

Holy sh*t he lacks powers..

Using it on ghosts is Non-Physical Interaction.

The ability itself is very weirdly, and it has also a bit of Fate Manipulation in it.

Also, his range in TSRK continues to bother me by a bit, because it's established that the stand itself needs to actually reach you first to affect you, while in that part a man just got Rohan's with no explanation.

I guess that kinda justifies the "B" in range.

Wasn't DIO's Heaven plan to create a universe where mankind knows it's fate and can change it?

Would that technically give Heaven Ascended DIO precognition? I'm unsure if this is technically precognition or fate manipulation

@Everyone I have moved everything to imgur and changed some stuff, so I would appreciate the analysis of an admin for at least the P&A additions part.

I added some feats to Weather Report's page. Can someone look over my sandbox before I add them to the main profile?

Here it is.

Ovens, you can try adding the definition of "subliminal messaging" in the profile so people will understand WR's ability. It's not as complex as King Crimson's time erase.

Added a new note to the end of the profile. Feel free to check through it again.

Rohan should have:
Biological Manipulation (Removing memory pages causes a significant decrease in body mass)
This lacks stuff. Everything in the process of "turning" others into books that aren't the pages themselves is Biological Manip, as it's manipulating the body in many ways such as separating many parts of the body and elastizing them.

Is everyone ok with a note stating:

"Subliminal messaging is defined as a message or suggestion that cannot be detected by the conscious mind. Thus, while it can considered to be a form of Mind Manipulation, it cannot be resisted without a resistance that works unconsciously. Basically, think of it as something told to you that you are unaware of, and have no conscious memory of. As such, simply having a resistance to Mind Manipulation will not stop you from turning into a snail."

at the end of Weather Report's profile?

No? There was a 2 threads about "Resisting a form of mindhax=Resisting all of them?", I made the first one and everyone were ok with it, then someone made other and nobody was ok with it, and it was never finished. So we can't just affirm that a character needs some specific resistance for that, why don't you just elaborate the properties of the mind manip on the P&A part?

Heaven Ascended DIO should have The Noble One and The Anomaly listed in his names since he's been referenced as that numerous times in a game

I looked up subliminal messaging and the closest definition I got was "a message sent to the unconscious mind". While conventional mind manip would change the way a person thinks, subliminal messaging isn't control at all, it's a message. It's like me telling you all about snails. I'm not forcing you to think about snails. I'm just repeating the word snails over and over again, and you hear nothing.

Since Heavy Weather's transmutation is all dependant on this message being sent and recieved, simply blocking it with a resistance to mind manip isn't going to cut it. You have to passively not recieve any mental attack at all, becacue you won't even know you're being attacked.

Then again, why don't you just elaborate the properties of the mind manip on the P&A part instead of affirming that one needs to resist that?

That's why I brought it up here. I have not adjusted the real profile yet, just wanted a general consensus first.

I'll add this as an elaboration to the powers and abilities section and try to word it better.

I'll add this to the powers and abilities section:

"While Heavy Weather's subliminal messaging can be considered a form of Mind Manipulation, instead of forcing thoughts upon it's opponent, it delivers a message to their unconscious mind."

and then this as a note for an elaboration:

"Think of subliminal messaging like this: Instead of forcing thoughts of snails into your head, I'm verbally repeating the word snails over and over again. However, since my message will only get accross to your unconscious mind, you hear nothing, notice nothing, and remember nothing."

On the topic of Weather Report, should we scale Heavy Weather's dura to his AP? Destroying the Ozone layer while indeed environmental destruction, Heavy's whole shtick is being the literal embodiment of the environment by being able to control the weather and everything associated with it.

Considering we give characters like All-Might and Suiryu physical AP for moving or parting clouds, why can't we give Heavy Weather physical AP and dura for

1) Being made out of actual clouds

2) Being able to move clouds

3) Being able to form both clouds, and an atmosphere

I've also taken the liberty of making adjusted justifications for the above profiles.

Mista: Homing Attack (Sex Pistols can redirect any bullet fired by Mista without losing momentum)

Pucci: Made in Heaven is 8-C physically (Was capable of slitting Jotaro's throat and killing Jolyne), with Low 2-C Environmental Destruction (Made in Heaven was capable of accelerating the universe to infinity and reset it)

Johnny: High 3-A (Tusk Act 4 posesses infinite energy due to the properties of the Golden Rotation being a "spiral that continues forever". It could also part D4C Love Train's wall of light, which can redirect misfortune anywhere within an infinite number of universes)

DInO: Animal Manipulation (Can give commands to those transformed by Scary Monsters)

That's what I have so far.

Rating as Stand User 8-C via harming another Stand User is iffy as hell. otherwise, Steely Dan and other thugs would be 8-C via being capable of harming Jotaro.

You'd be saying that Pucci > The World.

The Pucci one was refering to Made in Heaven. But I see where the confusion comes from.

About Mista: I believe that he has Supernatural Luck because on his flashback, he avoided numerous gunshots without even moving, and then proceeded to kill all of his enemies with one shot each.

This however, is explained that it was just an extremly lucky coincidence, not one of Mistake abilities. Heck, at the time, he didn't even have a Stand.

As such, it should be removed.
