So, Death Note is generally accepted to be a "fodder verse" with "Athlete Level characters at maximum". Well, NO MORE! Today, I will prove to you that Death Note has some of the most powerful Low 2-C characters of all time!

L is capable of contending with Lighton multiple occasions, despite the fact that L is a diabetic basement dweller and Light is an Athletic High Schooler. A logical impossibility, therefore the only resonable explination is that L has logic manipulation. Again, scales to everyone else.
L is capable of scaring away Ryuk with a tennis ball hit, implying that Ryuk would've been damaged, especially since we know that he was not phased by bullets nor even attempted to dodge them, meaning that he doesn't dodge things that he can survive.
