So I noticed that David's profile is pretty bare, so I've come with a couple feats to buff him up a bit.

Attack potency: Large Building level, possibly higher

Has harmed Cole MacGrath with brute strength alone, is shown to be physically superior to him:

Bio-electricity draining ignores durability

Speed: at least subsonic with at least supersonic combat speed and reactions

Thanks, also, do you think that last speed feat counts as more of a travel speed feat, considering that he had to run/swim to catch up?

Also, what do you make of his durability? I mean, he survived most of Cole's attacks, and it took Cole using his (then) most powerful move, which is listed as higher on this wikia.

Running/movement speed generally counts towards combat speed in this wiki. It is flight speed that can be unreliable.

If he withstood a more powerful attack, his durability should obviously scale from it.

Is that Cole's regular attack potency? If he was killed by Cole's strongest attack, we probably cannot scale from that particular move.

Well Cole's regular AP, is Large Building, and his Lightning Storm is listed at "higher." David survived all of Cole's regular attacks with little serious damage, with the exception of his Gigawatt blade, which cut his arm off, and the lightning storm finished him off.
