Majin Buu and Dai Kaioshin upgrades

Hello everybody, I noticed that Moro who fought against SSG Vegeta is 3-B on this site, but at the same time Majin Buu who was stated to be much stronger than before by Merus and by Goku, also they explained the reason behind this, and he was defeating this 3-B Moro easily I see he is still 4-B on this site...

and Dai Kaioshin is 3-C but he was able to fight against Moro who became stronger than ever before (Chapter 49) why this? if Moro is 3-B they also must be like him...

Can anyone explain this to me???

In Buu's case his 4-B stat is for his DBS anime profile. We don't have DBS manga Buu profile and we don't scale the manga and anime. We treat them seperately.

For the Dai Kaioshin he is 3-C based on Toei anime scaling. We don't have a DBS manga profile for Dai Kaioshin

If the anime so chooses to adapt from the Manga then this should be considered but then again it'll be more of a 3-A increase at that point rather than a 3-B. Maybe even Low 2-C.
