Magic man(adventure time) Vs Majora (legend of zelda)

Time vs Space manipulation, I see... Haha
Teleportation certainly gives Magic Man an advantage since speed is equal, but Majora could just flood the entire area with enemies and/or potentially create a pocket realm in which render it useless. Also, Majora just have to hit him once with that kind of durability. Though I don't know how powerful is Magic Man's reality warp. Majora can also use it's mind and soul manipulation and it would be over.
