she's possibly getting downgraded but the thread still hasn't concluded, I'd be pretty bumbed if she actually does get downgraded

I mean life is already bummer as it is, Even if its downgraded (Despite almost managing to convince me yet I still find the "Just affecting Bikini Bottom's own Reality." just a bit measley if still iffy as it already is despite the examples of having reality warpers like Discord who've only affected a town it makes sense at first but no matter what it just doesn't always add up to such scale even if it doesn't always focus on raw power, If you actually take into account Bubbles still mentioned it in "AS WE KNOW IT." We meaning the way he also knows it as well.) Reality Warping and Plot Manipulating abilities are still quite potent inventory you have to agree with me on that.

I agree with the downgrade. When the book is said to warp "reality", it doesn't mean "all of reality".

I don't know about the Low 4-C thing since it being capable of harming Bubbles would be Durability Negation since Reality Warping do just that unless it can destroy Stars too.

But I doubt that it's restricted just to Bikini Bottom unless you want to argue that the Book's Reality Warping has just a few tens of meters of range or something.

No. Warping reality across Bikini Bottom isn't a 2-C feat.

Also, I have repeatedly refuted reality referring to the entire universe IN THIS PARTICULAR CONTEXT. Similarly, Discord wouldn't be 2-C for warping reality across Ponyville.

Do we have characters below tier 2 with actually good plot manip? As that power often borders in such tier.

Note that Bubbles said "As we know it", meaning that his knowledge on the subject is also included in the statement, and as he explicitly said e was going to keep the pages safe in "another dimension", that means it easily is of such tier, especially considering the timeline was turning unstable as we can see in the ending where they are forced to go back in time to find all the pages.

As I said before, Bubbles would simply keep the Pages in another dimension to keep folks from getting to it. That is by no means a Universe busting statement.

Messing up a timeline =\= Universal power. It didn't even warp a timeline. It simply altered events within Bikini Bottom, and thus that had to be undone.

Note that such definition would also include Bubbles´ "another dimension" and that he is also the "herald of the universe", meaning that tier 2 isn´t that far away.

Where the heck is Bubbles stated to be "herald of the universe"? Also, throughout HeroPants, the Book was specifically warping reality across Bikini Bottom, which is why Bubbles sat on his non-existent ass and let Spongebob and co. deal with things. There's no proof the Book was warping the whole universe (or at least, you haven't provided such proof).


I'm shooting for the Book to be rated as "Unknown". It'll still be a Nigh Omnipotent, Plot Manipulating, Durability negating object. It just won't have wanked AP based on an out-of-context statement.

Anyways, for the "herald of the universe" part, I found that in the Spongebob wiki (CTRL+F it to see what I mean), but an actual scan from that part of the movie itself is obviously needed (Any place I can find that one segment of the movie?)

Bubbles also left them deal with it as he has to still watch over the cosmos, then again (As that is lore he explicitly says in the first few moments when he appears in the movie).

That may be an exaggeration or misconception, like the Sonic Wiki stating Sonic lacks Superhuman strength or the DC Wiki Superman stating Superman is limitless. Also, if the Pages were threatening the cosmos then it would be in Bubbles' best interest to act as the supposed guardian of the cosmos, cuz, y'know...

Anyway, you agree with an "Unknown" rating? I'm fixing to get this wrapped up.

Yes, at least for now regarding the "Unknown" rating.

I finally found the part where that would be included, but the audio of my PC doesn´t work right now, so I´ll just leave this here if it can be useful

Also, regarding his responsability, he is also the guy that dropped attention so Spongebob and Plankton would look upon the planets, only to go to the bathroom.

Arguably he is just lazy when it comes to that stuff.
