It was 6 ft into the air that definitely is enough to be an athletic human.

All you need to do is watch the ending of the game, you can see she jumped double her height which would be enough to be athletic human.

Madotsuki is a child atleast so she has to be over 4ft tall and she jumped twice her height.

I just rewatched 5 time and paused it at the top of her jump, she is clearly higher than 4 ft.
