Mewtwo is several times above baseline 5-B, and i don't remember a feat that puts Madoka's mind manip resistance above Mewtwo's mind manipulation. He can also BFR Madoka.

My vote goes to Freeza.

No one voted Mewtwo yet tho. Btw the first thing that Gretchen is likely to do is absorbing the planet alongside Mewtwo (It's like, the only thing that we know she does).

Also, reality warping is a legit argument because she can melt/whatever thing Elly was doing to Madoka with it.
