Guys, whoever voted for Madara doesn't know about Kumoko. Lemme tell you why;
1)Madara beating Kumoko is nothing short of a Pipe dream. Not only is she immune to Mind/Soul attacks but because of her Immortality skill, she can survive everything Madara can dish out. She can't be killed by him at all. Her passive skills allow her to regenerate and she can regenerate from her head, supposing Madara can even hurt her.
2)Her Eyes are always on. The only thing she has to do is look at Madara and he won't be able to move, have his energy absorbed and can even disintegrate him with her Evil Eye of Extinction. Moreover, if, let's say, someone claims that Madara can Regen from being turned into ash, Kumoko just breaks his soul. The eyes are also able to shut down skills, obstructs him from casting magic and so on.
Honestly, there are many more stuff Kumoko can do like Abyss Magic, or have a clone inserted into his brain and control him. With the Evil Eye of Stasis, it's a sure win. And I didn't even bring up negation and some other hax she has.
