This is the Madara with Kyuubi under his control. Speed is equalized. Madara got taken to the Pokeverse via a Kamui (I don't know how that would work but lolheadcanon). He gets so upset that he takes out everything he sees. Mewtwo is obviously not having it. Who wins? Basetwo is being used.

Ok so fire,flying,no idea,electric,maybe fairy or psychic,grass,water,fairy or psychic type attacks

None of them are super effective and Mewtwo resiste some.

Madara at his strongest (Six Paths Sage with Shinju absorbed, dual Rinnegan and Rinne-Sharingan) is Small Planet level

Small planet seems decent, but his prep time and fatigue is another thing. It takes Mewtwo 2-3 seconds to charge a Dark Nova. He can also throw many without signs of fatigue.
