I dont think it is a good idea to use that type of scaling.It is better to use their written stats.

Also,Madara can resist IT.Mew isnt going to mind hax him if the potency of his mind hax is below IT.

TSB ignore durability. Limbos are against a 5-B but they work on both defense and offense they can not be seen and can attack constantly without being defended against.

Over time it would kill. They are consistent and considering Mewtwo has not way to defend. Not to mention Madara is At least Low 5-B when he walready was waay beyond Low 5-B for easily taking on 2 Low 5-Bs.

If for some reason Madara resists Mind Hax, Mewtwo still has Miracle Eye to cancel this resistance, besides Mewtwo has in his favor the power nullification, and since Madara is not resistant he will not be able to make any move.
