Macht VS Choi yoon-seok (Battle for 5th strongest High 8-C non-smurf)

Now, as discussed in this Crt, Yoon-seok should resist transmutation now. And considering how the magic works in the verse, it should be up to 20 layers.
The magic in the verse as the following, if you have a certain resistance to say, mind stuff, then you'd be able to resist the mind shenanigans as long as the magic rank is the same. If not, then you won't resist it.
Magic ranks are as follows: F- to F to F+ to E-, etc... All the way till Max. There is also SSS rank, and Yoon-seok is currently S.
Now, the main problem here is the invul. But that can be simply avoided after a few minutes into the fight with Yoon-seok simply nullifying the effect of the transmutation via law manip.
Additionally, Macht can't kill Yoon-seok due to regen, whereas every attack Yoon-seok inflicts will put Macht into a state of fear, and he can simply lop his head off via 30% dura neg.

? What? It's not a barrier.
That's the name of the previous resistance, not this one. Besides, pretty sure that's just a literal name, not that there's a literal barrier protecting his mind. There was no mention of a barrier in the novel.

Well, if it can be dodged, then Idk what stops Yoon-seok from dodging considering he has flight, seemingly more skill, an invulnerable weapon, a teleport if he messes up, and really, just ridiculously more skilled and IR from what the profile looks like.
Hell, he can also just make it so that the opponent cannot use magic via law manip. Although that also goes for him.
