Lung's power is to get stronger the more he fights.
Lung getting blasted point blank by Scion (Worm), Taylor notes that the combo of his high durability and Regenerationn lts him restrain Scion until Scion just destroys the entire ground. Just like Endbringers like Leviathan (Worm).
Here, he and Moord Nag are able to preoccupy Scion while Khepri starts bullying him to death. Note that this is against Taylor as Khepri, by which point he's pretty much always running on PtV and is being made very angry by Taylor spamming him with images of his dead space worm wife. I think he's going to be trying pretty hard to kill her thralls here.
Wildbow directly states he can get to Leviathan level durability.
His fight with Leviathan took a really long time and Scion's a very unusual enemy and Lung hadn't been fighting much for 2 years leading up to that fight (and he's also just shown to be able to transform far faster later into the series), and he clearly hits High 8-C in AP before he gets to High 6-A in dura judging by his fight with Victoria Dallo and Goddess (Parahumans) where they could hurt him even if it was made insignificant due to his regen, so I think just adding on an "eventually High 6-A" in durability works the best.
While Scion's back was turned, Lung struck. Brute force coupled with more brute force. Strength, size, and flames that melted the sand on contact. Scion was plunged into the molten morass, was subsequently doused in water that steamed in the heat of Lung's flame. More like plasma than flame, something else entirely. Heat, distilled. The result was more like Sundancer's power than anything. Golden light seared Lung's claws, but Regenerationn and a raw durability that exceeded all reasonable limits gave him the ability to hold on, to keep Scion beneath the growing pool of molten sand. The light intensified, and Lung's flames swelled at the same time, as if reactive. The Endbringer-esque Lung fell, as if he had been pulled down, and Scion rose from beneath.

Scion was in the midst of fighting a monstrous, hulking dragon-man and the warlord with the death-eating shadow. He saw the first of the faces that the reality-manipulator had created and lashed out, demolishing it.

In the comments during the Leviathan fight, you stated that Leviathan wasn't considered a Brute 10, despite his incredible toughness. With the imprisonment of Lung, he was classified as capable of going up to Brute 9 on the scale. Does this mean that Lung has the potential in a drawn out fight to be as strong and as durable as Leviathan?
