Farm Boy via various abilities the Gentleman can't keep up with like precognition or Telekenisis.
 
I don't recall him having precog back then, or that good force either or anything, that stuff came along in ep5 if I recall. He was.learning still in ep 4.
 
lol yeah i didnt read their tiers, anyway this isnt a new hope luke though. its post time a new hope Luke but pre empire strikes back

Jonathan has the advantage now but what im wondering is.. cant Luke one shot with his lightsaber i mean it's 7-C?.. anyway i still see Jonathan winning via Versatility if 7-C Lightsaber is discounted.
 
Oh he can ohko with the saber, but why would Jonathan let himself get hit by it?

Plus Jonathan can ohko too without making contact, he can use hamon to go through the ground, walls, water, metal and more and hamon ignores durability.

Not to mention he has this sonar like ability if I recall so sneak attacks aren't gonna work.
 
nah if luke can one shot with is saber its likely Joe that is going to get hurt, i mean his a physically fighter is he not?. How does he one shot if his 8-C?. also lightsaber is restricted anyway.
 
He is a physical fighter, that has fought with ranged weapons (a spear), kept his distance and used hamon (Jack the ripper), and more. Pre Tarkus Jonathan fought more at a range, only really fought in cqc with and after Tarkus. Unless we count btofurd, in which Jonathan has a sword (which would likely get offed by the lightsaber and Jonathan would keep his distance after seeing that).
 
I was going to vote Jonathan, but I see some decent potential in Luke.
 
Luke does have a chance to win but as I see it Jonathan has more chances than he does, especially if Jonathan sees the light saber as a threat.
 
Sorry I'm late, but I'll change my vote to Jonathan for reasons above.
