Telekinesis will be negged if Luke starts spamming it, sniping, or just constantly force pushes him backward. And I believe Angron has higher AP than Luke does.

However, I will say this about Abaddon: Gorechild managed to wound Abaddon's knee, like, it pierced his armour and hit his flesh, but Abaddon was unfazed and healed almost instantly.

And later the two clashed in an armlock that wasn't one-sided and Abby had to actually try to overpower and hurl him away.

Also he killed Celestine who put up a fight against a casual Abaddon, and even stabbed him in the back when he was unaware.

So yes, Khârn doesn't fully scale, but to say that he is billions of times weaker is fake.

He is probably millions of times weaker.
