Luffy (One Piece) vs Lucy (Elfen Lied)

I don't know much about Lucy but here we go.

Whole Cake Island Saga/Post Katakuri fight Luffy VS EoS Lucy (or strongest version).

Luffy can use any version of Gear 4th for only 10 minutes. Both characters are always in character. They will only do what's expected of them.

Scenario:

1. The fighters know nothing about the other. They're strangers. Luffy reads Lucy's killing intent and immediately goes into Boundman. All forms of speed are equalized.

Luffy : --

Lucy : --

2. Again, the opponents are strangers. After being targeted by CP agents from rooftops, Lucy begins destroying several buildings including a resturant Luffy is eating in. Being as full as he can get, Luffy resorts to Tankman as his best defense. Clearly this girl is a true threat. All the while Lucy is now beyond reasoning with. Speed is NOT equalized.

Lucy : --

3. For once, each opponent goes in level headed and knows eachother's weaknesses fully. Starting a hundred yards away Luffy rushes into his best offense, Snakeman. But the vectors have already begun to close in. Only travel speeds are equalized. Combat speeds are left unchanged.

Scenario 2 Luffy is only using Tankman which is pretty slow. Scenario 1 has their speed equalized.

Combat speed unequal? Luffy blitzes.

In scenario 3 yes. I can see Snakeman being too fast for Lucy to keep up with. Katakuri couldn't even see it coming.

1. Lucy blocked Luffy's blitz with Shield

2. Low freq. on Luffy

3. Suddenly Lucy go on Country level

4. Caught him unguarded and he suddenly exploded

5. Profit
