Buffy can bypass Luffy’s resistance to physical attacks with some of her weapons, however Luffy can also overwhelm her with his unique fighting style and moves like Gatling. That said, Buffy seems to have a great skill advantage and also range with thrown weapons.

Buffy's range with weapons isn't better than Luffy's stretching. She uses a crossbow, stake, etc which are in the several meters range, Luffy has tens of meters on his profile. If Buffy has an edge in H2H Luffy in character will just grab her, Luffy has a lifting strength advantage of ~30x so she's not gonna break out of the hold, especially since grappling stuff like twisting his wrist won't work. From their Luffy can exploit his A.P advantage of ~1.3x and Damage Boost.

Arrows are not spammable like punches are. Luffy is definitely going to be able to move into range to attack at which point he can dish out more attacks than she can.

Luffy also has the skill to avoid projectiles, and she will run out at some point. If Buffy at any time attempts to attack Luffy in melee he can unleash a flurry of attacks to grab her. I also feel Luffy's skill is being slept on, he isn't on Buffy's level, but he's been trained since childhood by Garp and took down trained soldiers like it was nothing on top of his fighting style being totally unorthodox. Luffy being able to tag her is totally possible.

Luffy can retract just as fast as he can punch I don't think that will happen.

She doesn't need to spam arrows, just one accurate shot is enough.

This isn't a problem since Buffy has marksmanship skills.

Buffy can instinctively dodge these, or she can simply counter one of the attacks with her scythe. Luffy is forced to end the attack due to his wound.

I also feel Luffy's skill is being slept on, he isn't on Buffy's level, but he's been trained since childhood by Garp and took down trained soldiers like it was nothing on top of his fighting style being totally unorthodox. Luffy being able to tag her is totally possible.

Buffy has thousands of years of slayer experience and skills, I doubt Luffy has anything that could affect her.

Buffy can respond directly with her scythe without dodging Luffy's attack, thus Luffy can be seriously damaged before he has the opportunity to retreat while attacking.
