Not gonna lie, this is kind of a stomp. Along with the advantages listed above, Buffy also has a 3.25x AP advantage (0.052 tons Vs 0.016 tons). I don't see any wincons for She-Hulk.

Is that feat of regenerating from a stab wound really Low-Mid? That requires severe organ damage. It seems more like Mid-Low for regenerating deep wounds.

Either way, Buffy is a master of numerous martial arts and has years of experience against enemies comparable to herself and against groups, with even standard vampires generally having at least decent skill. She's a match for Angel, Spike and Dracula who are centuries old and have lots of their own battle experiences unique to them, a match for Faith and Kendra who are themselves highly skilled Slayers, superior to the Initiative's soldiers including Riley who is effectively special forces, and her skill list goes on and on.

She-Hulk meanwhile is less skilled than the average vampires Buffy fights groups of on the regular. In fact, she's less skilled than the character who basically exists to be a loser, Xander. This skill gap is positively massive.

Her regeneration scales to Angel's who is a vampire and if you check the justification for his Immortality Type 3, you can find a scan of a vampire getting impaled by a sword and doing just fine a moment later.

She said she healed as fast, not as well. And vampires survive those things due to other means, not regeneration. And meanwhile Buffy almost died from a bullet in the chest, an obvious anti-feat.

Yes it really is Low-Mid. The sword entered his back and exited his front. Such an attack causes serious organ damage.

And meanwhile Buffy almost died from a bullet in the chest, an obvious anti-feat.

What you forget is that the bullet is still in Buffy's body, keeping the wound open. Even if Buffy healed the wound, she would not be able to completely close the wound because the bullet was inside her body, which would cause death. So this ain't no anti-feat

Does She-Hulk have any valid win-cons? She normally has to fight people with lower power than her due to her lack of skill and ability, and Buffy not only has higher AP (shouldn't Buffy also have a key for earlier in the series?) but has a very high skill level for the tier.

The only valid winning condition I can think of is her social influencing, scaring Buffy off or convincing her to join her and Captain Marvel's new gang by convincing her that killing cops, kidnapping and torturing suspects, imprisoning people without charge and beating up protesters (all things they've done in comics and were portrayed as heroic for doing) are all the way of the future so long as the victims are mostly a certain demographic. Considering what Buffy's attitude is, it has a small chance of working.

After this one is finished, Buffy or Angel vs comic Homelander might be a good one.

Buffy's high level of fighting skill does make for some interesting comparisons, since she's probably about as skilled as Captain America, which is a very high threshold.

Buffy wins this easily no doubt but I don't think this match can be added because I just can't find any posssible scenario where She-Hulk wins and you can't add stomp matches to a character's profile.

She-Hulk has social influencing and thunderclap. She might be able to convince Buffy to retreat by intimidating her using her size and rattling her with thunderclap. She also might be able to convince her that her real enemy is men, since Buffy doesn't particularly like men in general either. The latter is unlikely though, because Buffy has a strong set of values she strictly adheres to. It could still be a stomp, but those two applications of social influencing are possible winning conditions.
